LIFT AIRLINE PATHETHIC SERVICE

I am writing to express my absolute disgust at the negligent and unprofessional treatment my 15-year-old companion and I received at OR Tambo after missing our connecting flight due to air traffic delays. Not only were we left stranded without assistance, but your staff showed zero empathy or urgency—despite the clear vulnerability of two females in an unsafe environment. Had something happened to us (kidnapping, assault, etc.), the blame would rest squarely on your refusal to act.

To make matters worse, the blatant lack of support reeks of **************. Were we treated this way because we are Coloured? I have no doubt that had I been White or Black, your team would have at least attempted to help. Instead, we were abandoned, forced to bear the financial and emotional burden of rebooking flights, lost hotel costs, and the trauma of being left unprotected.

This is unacceptable. I want every SOUTH AFRICAN TO KNOW HOW WE WERE TREATED.
