I WILL NEVER USE LIFT AIRLINE AGAIN

I WILL NEVER USE LIFT AIRLINE AGAIN. The service is absolutely pathetic and disgusting, the staff at the airline gate is the definition of NOT HELPFUL. We missed our flight to the deliberate behavious of Zoliswa and Nono, they refuse to assist in anyway. The flight was at 6am and we arrived at the boarding gate at 5:47am, they called and refuse to advise on which gate the boarding is as LIFT does not have boarding gate on the boarding pass. We pleaded with them to hold the gate as we were right there and they just said "NO go to support goodbye I have no airtime". By the way the plane was still ther till 6:05am. I have never experienced such unwillingness to assist like these ladies at the LIFT airline gate. If you do not wish to work there and assist people, then I'm sure someone else will. These ladies give the company an absolute terrible reputation. I hope Alan Meyer can do something about the customer service, as it is heading downhill. With customer service like this, soon you will be like Mango and kulula, CLOSED.
