Horrible service

Absolutely disgusted with the service received from lift. We arranged for wheelchair assistance to and from the flight for my 74 year old grand mother prior to her travel. Yet even with the assurance that she would be assisted she had to walk all the way to baggage claim. She was completely exhausted. This is ridiculous and I will never use or recommend Lift to anyone. If anything had happened to my grandmother I would hold the airline personally responsible and would appreciate feedback.
