Hopeless and Deceptive Airline

I found lift airline very unprofessional and deceptive. I paid for an extra leg seat in advance as I prefer the extra comfort and to my utter disappointment the seat 12A was not. Chatting to a consultant Taryn who was extremely arrogant and not knowledgeable of the aircraft seating plan at customer service,I realized that the seat plan of the actual aircraft used and the map used when booking were not the same. Why not just display the correct seating plan,so customers who pay for extra services can choose honestly. Please Avoid Lift 🙏🙏
