Heist approach to refunds - avoid !!!

Don’t use Lift! If you decide to cancel a flight even if booked months in advance their policy is no cash refund it’s paid into a so called Lift wallet. Using said wallet is then virtually impossible. I’ve been trying to book a trip through Lift experiences unsuccessfully for days. Abysmal service and heist approach to refunds.
