Great support and customer service from Lift Airlines

Probably the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I initially booked tickets to fly from Cape Town to JHB, but had to re-schedule due to the lockdown regulations. My initial reason for choosing Lift was because on selected flights your small dog can travel in the cabin with you. I reached out to lift support to assist with the process of onboarding my dog and they were more than helpful. Thank you Ann for your great service.
