Great Service from Lift Airline

In the month of October I travelled to Cape Town with my family. As for any family man, to appease the family I extended my stay in Cape Town, I had to change my flight tickets. At first it wasn't easy with no call Centre but Lift was swift in responding to my email and change the tickets at no cost to me as though they read the emails after the 24hour. Great service from this airline. Not charging for baggage is a cherry on top.
