Extremely bad service by Airlines

I have never been so frustrated before. Flew with you for the first time and I have to say will never use your airlines again. Pathetic service. I could have driven from Durban this morning and arrived already to Johannesburg. That’s how bad your delays have been. Least to say now there is absolute chaos with the luggage.
