I recently had the pleasure of flying with Lift on flights GE 209 from Johannesburg to Durban on November 6, 2024, and GE 212 for my return on November 7, 2024. My experience was nothing short of incredible. From start to finish, the efficiency of the entire process was remarkable, setting Lift apart as a top-tier airline in my eyes.

The airplane itself was in impeccable condition, reflecting a commitment to both aesthetics and safety. I was immediately struck by the high standards maintained onboard, which added to the sense of comfort and confidence throughout my journey.

The true highlight, however, was the outstanding level of service I received from the crew. Kiki, Thabi, Banele, and Phelly went above and beyond to make the flights memorable, embodying professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness.
