Exceptional!!

I recently had the pleasure of flying with LIFT Airlines on my trip between Durban (DBN) and Johannesburg (JHB), and I must say their service was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every detail of my journey exceeded my expectations.

I was unfortunately delayed on my way to the airport and arrived quite late for check-in. Despite the tight timing, the incredible LIFT team went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they ensure I got onto my flight without stress, but they also made sure my last-minute checked-in luggage arrived safely with me on the same flight—something that truly amazed me! Their professionalism, understanding, and willingness to help were outstanding.

In addition to their impeccable service, I must mention how much I enjoyed their **snacks and refreshments** onboard. It’s always such a delightful touch, adding comfort and warmth to the entire experience.

I highly appreciate LIFT Airlines for their commitment to excellent customer service and would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking a stress-free, customer-focused airline experience. I’ll continue flying with them!
