My grandfather passed away on November 2nd he was meant to fly home that day but missed his flight to JHB from Cape Town

Lift airlines customer support was outstanding. We were flying back to Jhb to hold his funeral. LIFT Arlines assisted us with the tickets being changed and provided us with a way to use his ticket for one of us. They assisted with moving the flights to a later time that day, we had to still book additional flights for the rest of the family members. We appreciated every bit of assistance Lift offered us.

Keep up the incredible service. We will continue flying with Lift and recommend family and friends to fly with Lift Airlines.
