Engine Failure, Poor Service Delivery and INSANE Delays

Service was great in the beginning from the check in staff. My flight ended up getting cancelled due to a problem with the planes engines. The chaos that ensued was managed extremely poorly. I do not understand how proper checks were not done on the plane before allowing passengers to board.... they offered zero complimentary services or any means to make up for the inconvenience. Do not feel safe flying with this airline and will never book with them again
