Don't fly with Lift

Do yourself a favor and don't book any flights with Lift airlines. I have not come across such a chaotic situation before. Our flight was delayed. We were told to move from one gate to another only to find there was no gate allocated for our flight in the first place. At 08:00 when we were supposed to depart there was still no airplane on the runway. Staff from the gate phoned them. We as clients tried phoning. We got no answers from Lift. This will be our first and last time flying with them.

Flights can get delayed and issues might occur but then such a crisis much be properly managed and sufficient communication provided.
