Do not use LIFT Airlines. ********. I want my money back.

i tried to change my boriding time with the airline. it didn't give the option to. i then tried to contact them. there was no way for me to get hold of them. just an email address that they never reply to. I the was forced to cancel the flight. they sent an email stating they will refund me instantly. few days went by they stated that I will be refunded into their lift wallet. I told them I don't ever want to use their airline again and I would appreciate it if they just refund me directly. this was on the 31 December 2022 today is the 13 January 2023. they are still refusing to refund my money. If you have the same problem please let me know, so that we can make as much noise as possible. strength in Numbers!!!!!!! :(
