Dissatisfied

I was late due to unforseen circumstances on the road, I could not check in online since it was Sunday, and support was closed, got to airport the lady told me o forfeit my money, no option to reschedule to another flight, which I know other flights does, not even e wallet so that I can fly again any other time, my booking reference ***5, the service is poor
