Dishonest

I had a flight from Capetown to Johannesburg and I got charged R250 for extra luggage which was fine I paid in cash and gave the lady R400 she didn’t stop me to tell me I gave her to much . I got a call a hour later by a rude man who said I can’t get my cash back . I then told the man I will be back Tuesday and can then collect it and he said no I have to wait for my next flight with lift . Which won’t happen as I won’t use Lift again so basically they took my money . They had a hour to get hold of me I find this dishonest . And what irritates me even more is that when I complained no one got back to me .
