Disgusting Service

We booked a flight for the 28 December 2023 with this airline through Cheap flights and when the conformation came through it was for the 5 December 2023. I tried everything in my power to get to an agent and correct it however they were not available. I used there what's app and even sent them pictures of the date that i chose which is the 28 December. The responded only this morning to say sorry you will have to pay over R4000 to change the date. when they could not reply to my requests, they kept copy and paste the previous response to make matters wors when i requested for a telephone number the avoided this completely. As a register company they have to have a phone number! To add a cherry to the cake the amount they gave me to change the flight was more than if i attempted to do it on the website, so they have contradicted themself terribly. I have now gotten to the point where no one is responding on the what's app now providing me with a contact number. No where have i been abusive on the chat towards the agent so I don't understand how they cannot get back to a client. Simple business... There is a problem...... Let's address the problem.... Get to a solution. I am Livid do not suggest them at all.
