Disgusting and Terrible Service

The first time I chose to fly with Lift Airlines was a disaster. My flight that was at 6 am never took off and they had to move everyone to other flights as something was wrong with their plane. The service of management was extremely appalling and pathetic. I eventually got on another flight at 12pm. This airline can't even refund your flight, they only give you a refund to your lift wallet. Which is no use at all as i will never use them again. Disgusting management and time management.
