Disgusted

Are there any reliable Airlines in SA???? Booked on a 08h00 flight DUR to JNB. Delayed twice... moved to 09h00 then 10h00.... booked with them as I had similar issues with Safair.... Do they understand that we have appointments???? Now incurring a penalty of R500.00 as I am late.
