Disgruntled passenger

This airline is consistently inconveniencing people or at least myself. Over the past 6 months I've endured bad service with late flights only announced on the hour. The last straw was when they found my lost specs cover sent me a picture, and when I went to collect, the specs container is nowhere to be found. Yet they confirmed its found. This happened in CPT. Leonora tried to find it but confirmed its nowhere to be found.

I will never book this airline again. I'm now sitting in a very hot courage in OR Tambo which was scheduled for 16h00, its now 20h30. There is still no hope but promises and ny whole team is stranded. Its not the first time and I've had enough. They don't understand the impact on families and business of their actions.
