Disappointment

I had a very very bad experience with this company, my booking reference was GE111 from OR TAMBO to Capetown on the 5th of march 2025, I bought a flexible ticket, when the time came for me to adjust my return date, my goodness, they made me pay another full ticket telling from their online **** that my previous money ticket will be kept in the wallet!!.. Never again will I travel with these conniving ****!
