Disappointing Experience on Lift Flight GE374

I recently had the misfortune of flying with Lift on flight GE374 from Cape Town to Durban in February 2024, and it was an experience I'd rather forget. Our flight was delayed for over an hour right at the departure gate due to "technical problems" with the aircraft. During this time, the communication from the airline staff was abysmal. We were kept in the dark for the most part, with vague updates that didn't provide any real information.The waiting area was chaos, filled with angry and frustrated passengers who, like me, were left standing around clutching their luggage with no idea when or if we would depart. The lack of clear communication and efficient handling of the situation was startling and completely unacceptable for any airline.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Lift to anyone. The inconvenience caused by the delay and the airline's poor handling of the situation have left a lasting negative impression. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-focused airline for your travels, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
