Disappointed with the front line/airport check in

I've always been happy /satisfied with the service, however, this time around someone decided to make my life a living hell. There was a short Indian guy at the check in, he literally helped someone check in their bags just in front of me but when I asked him to help me check in mine, he told me I should ask however drove me to the airport to come back and either fetch me or me and my bags, I've never felt so stupid that guy was rude and ****** and I don't think your airline deserves to have such a ****y employee. It's not good for the business More especially since he's in the front desk. ****** should stop
