Damaged Suitcase Lift airline

Viaan Snyman: Good Day my suitcase was extremely damaged when I received in King Shaka airport in Durban. Check in was done in Johannesburg. Both primary zips and my lock was missing. My suitcase was in a plastic bag and wrapped with menzies tape. I informed the lady (formal officer) at the carousel of the problem. She she indicated that she knew about the problem and received pictures showing the busted suitcase. I sent pictures and a description of the problem to the Lift Whattsapp group (lLift representative asked for pictures). This occurred on 9 April 2024 and I sent the escaltion with pictures on the same day. I have received no feedback from lift. Flight no GE203. Very poor service.
