Bag never arrived at destination

They never loaded my bag on my flight from Johannesburg to Capetown. I was told at 21:45 to purchase essentials. Where to you get a shop open at that time of the night. I'm left without clothes or toiletries I have an appoint ment at 07:00am I'm told my bag will come on the next flight at 09:00 am. I'm really disappointed at I checked my luggage on time just for it not to get to my destination. Without any apology. I was left helpless at the airport with no senserity from staff members. They just told me there is nothing they can do and I should waite for the courier to deliver my bag without any estimated time frame. Super disappointed.
