Bad Service from Lift Airlines - King Shaka Airport

Have been sitting for the past hour at King Shaka Airport waiting for the check in agents. I made an enquiry through WhatsApp and I was told the agents will only open 2hours before departure. Imagine one is stuck with luggage at the airport and can’t even access the lounge because they are after the boarding gates. In future Lift Airlines please notify customers so we don’t go to the Airport early, it’s funny because OR Tambo International Airport is constantly open irrespective of what time the flight is
