Always Delayed, Do not book

I booked a flight from Jhb to Dbn. Flight was scheduled to leave at 15:55, I received a WhatsApp message at 12:00 to advise the flight is delayed to 17:10. Then again at 16:00 to advise that the flight is further delayed to 19:20. Over 3 hours delay. Their excuse, one plane is broken and then a passenger wanted to get off the plane at OR Tambo. It is ridiculous and there is no customer care line that you can call. Email and WhatsApp response is they apologize for the inconvenience. Pathetic airline, never on time do not book unless you have a day to waste.
