Absolutely pathetic Airline

My wife got to Cape Town airport at 05h18 to leave on a lift flight at 06h10 from airport. The staff at the airport refused to let her board the plane as she was a few minutes late due to loadshedding making the uber driver delayed, This is absolutely disgusting service, we always use Safair to fly and never ever had this problem, Now we have to pay more than double for the next flight, A very very bitter and disappointing experience with a new airline in South Africa. I spoke to the consultants and there are no management who could speak to me at this part of the morning, The customer service is even pathetic, ACSA and the relevant authorities need to look at stopping this airline company from taking advantage of the citizens of South Africa.
