A Lift in Service Excellence

After sometime with flying on Safair, I decided to give Lift a try and what a pleasant experience it was.

I missed the first flight I booked and of course thought that there would be no help. I got hold of their client service department and was greeted by a call where one of the reps decided to help me by allowing me a booking for another date at only a booking change cost.

Then from check in to landing the team was very professional and not abrupt and rude, like other airlines I have experienced recently.

One other thing to mention is that the seats are far more spacious, which is a big positive.

Thanks Lift, you've gained a loyal customer going forward and I hope you open up more routes across SA in the near future.
