Lift airline

The lift airline really doesn’t have any good customer service. Whilst standing in the que during the final call the Indian lady assisting with boarding flight GE201 jhb to DBN ,we stood there till it closed and all she had to say was she was told not to put anybody through we kept telling her we’ve been in the que and she just ignored us. The service and attitude is ridiculous and really doesn’t make sense how does an airline call for a final call but refuse for people to board once they’re at the gate??? Honestly this airline is just a circus!I highly Don’t recommend this airline
