Poor communication and service

It is all good and well to buy a product from this place. But if yu book it in for support and service you wait 4-5 days. Somehing to think about before you purchase. You leave several messages and they promise to phone back but they don't! You eventually get a quote but it is very unclear- not even stating but was wrong with the product.
