Lifetime Estates Should Not Be Working With People

This is the worst rental agency I have ever had the displeasure of being with.

The agent I have been assigned is rude, judgmental, passive-aggressive, and dishonest. They have no respect for privacy and have entered my property without my permission before, without me even being present. Additionally, they do not care for the wellbeing of the tenant or for providing them with a safe and usable space in spite of the fact that I have paid my FULL rental amount consistently before the due date and yet have had problems with numerous things.

So far it's been eight months since I moved in and within the first week, I informed them of an issue with my floor, within the snag timeframe that they are obligated to make the repairs, which they have continually made excuses about for months. I have pointed out that having a broken floor has been a safety hazard for both the people in my home and the animals and they still have done nothing to rectify this. Today, someone's foot was sliced open by the tiles that have been unseen to since my very first week of occupation eight months down the line.

This is only one of various issues that have come up and these are the most issues I have had with any owner or rental agency in my eight years of living alone.

Their behavior is deplorable and they should not be working with people.
