Not followed up
At POS the service is brilliant. Can I ask before I post anything, you ask the staff to at least answer my mail. I was told yesterday that I would receive a call before close of business. All I am requesting is you give me an answer so I can decide a way forward.

07 Jun 2024, 08:48Good morning. Still no return call, still no email response. So I think it's fair to state you at Lifetide have no interest or aftersales. Growatt EU have been included and responded yesterday via mail. Growatt SA have issued a report, which was mailed to you. The inverter does not communicate with the Pylontech and the answers issued to me days ago seem contrary to Growatt SA stipulations. Please, before this becomes a matter of principle, get a response to me via email. I think COB today is fair. At that point should no email have been received I will leave the inverter at Growatt SA until a solution can be sought, then publicise my full experience with Lifetide. From a consumer aspect I can do no more. However, I think I have been amicable till now. 8 days no solar and the unit is brand new. Let's see today via email what transpires
