Agent fails to pays us our rental deposit

We were renting a 5 room house in a complex called Lifestyle Village at stand 6408 Block V V Ext 6 Soshanguve , An Estate agent by the name of Thapelo Mokwena requested us to pay R5000.00 deposite which is refundable excluding rental. We stayed for 12 months and Thapelo Mokwena is not willing to pay us, we are not the first tenats to be coned by this guy, a lady who was a tenet at the same complex. I've phoned Thapelo Mokwena for couple of times and he is avoiding my phone calls I've phone him on *** and ***. Be aware of such con artist like Thapelo Mokwena, we have not received any payment from him and his partners who run Lifestyle Village complex in Soshanguve
