Empty promises made

I was contacted by the company and told that my lounge set was ready for delivery, they contacted me, I did not stipulate when my order must be delivered. They failed to meet about 10 different dates and times of delivery - each time I made myself or someone available to be at home to take delivery only for the truck never to arrive! And when it did, the woodwork was atrocious so I sent the entire set back. It's not like it's a cheap service where you can excuse their unprofessionalism, it was ****** expensive! They then promised (I knew better by then about their empty promises) to send something extra the second time around to make up for their ****ty service which naturally did not materialize. Don't believe their promises! They give you the run around!
