The person that owns the lifestyleonlifefuniture.com Sandy is a crock. I placed an order on the 11/05/2020 for couches and when I went to collect yesterday on the 12/07/2020 after 2 months they where in a (1) wrong colour. When I told her I don't want the couches she said (2) I needed to pay a 25% cancellation fee. All of these terms where only communicated to me while I was collecting my couches. Nowhere on the slip does it say that there is a cancellation fee and when I asked her about the colour she said that was the only colour she could find. When I asked why was this not communicated to me... she said she is communicating with me now while I was on the phone with her. She is refusing to give me my full refund as she decided on the colour of the couches without even consulting me. It is not my fault that she didn't get the colour I wanted and on top of that the design was completely different. If you are planning to place any order with *** please don't
