Rude and disgusting service

I have been speaking to lifestyle mail order for 2 weeks. First complaint is when my credit card did not go through the consultant raised her voice saying\ why do I use a card with no money in it' after she put down the phone on me I called back and was passed on to another person who was very nice. He told me the company would call back but they didn't. After calling back for a third time I was put onto someone else who told me to call back on Friday. I called back on Friday and the lady was unavailable
