Very bad service
I handed in a Hoover hand held vacuum cleaner for a quote on the 28th of December. I confirmed the repair about the 17th of January. I have been getting many many excuses as to why I haven't received the vacuum back yet. The excuses I got was no technician was available , to we don't know how long it will take, to lots more. Today is the 28th of February. I have also spoken to people at head office but the results are the same. Very very disappointed. No manager in the Durban store. I cannot imagine how a company can trade like this.

A gentleman by the name of Benson from the Durban branch called me a moment ago and explained to me what the problem was which was not done by anyone of the staff members from Gauteng and Durban in all my numerous calls I made since the 28th of December. All I needed was answers not excuses and dilly dallying. Thank you Benson for your call. Juggie
