Not to be trusted

I have placed an order with Lifestyle home in February 2021 my order was supposed to be delivered 1st week of April. We in May now and still no delivery has been made. I have been doing numerous follow ups and been told that my order has been sent to the courier but no tracking number has been sent to me. Now they just read and Don't respond to my Instagram messages, emails and WhatsApp
