I placed an order on 11 February 2021 for a queen size headboard and base. On 16 April 2021 an incorrect size bed was delivery passing the blame to me that I submitted incorrect mattress measurements. They insists on client’s submit measurements claiming that mattress sizes different so that they don’t take any responsibility. I questioned this practice from the beginning because a standard Queen size is a standard Queen size. On the 28 of April I forwarded to the shop my mattress size which is according to the South African mattress sizes, exactly what I had been saying from day one. I have been passed from one sales consultant to another each making false promises. I’ve received no apology or accountability for this mess. I was promised delivery today 19 May 2021 but as usual it’s just empty words. Which is 38 days overdue.
