****ed as my name is not cleared

<p>I had a furniture account with lifestyle living/my home which is a devision of lewis group. I settled my accounts with them in February and March 2015 and to my surprise they still have me listed on ITC showing that I owe them money. They have given me numerous letters of settlement and paid up and have promised to clear my name with ITC. 2 years later and its still there. Do they want to keep it there for life? Damn how can I get rid of this situation and **** look on my name? Please anybody help. This affects my credit record and wanting to buy a house or car etc. They have handed me over to ARA GROUP and not even these attorneys can clear my name with all the valid proof that the accounts are paid in full.</p>
