Unfair and discriminating

The current tenant of the property I app**** for , I was the first person to respond. I made arrangements to drive through from where I currently stay on Sunday 10 December 2017, to view the house and get the application form. The tenant gave me Charl Rosich's number to call him. I called him, as I thought he would be available seeing that they had an "open house" for viewing on Sunday and he's the agent on that house. He did not answer the first time and when I phoned a second time he did answer and he was rather rude and irritated, as I was bothering him, he told me he has gone away for the weekend and that we can sort this out on Monday, 11 December 2017.

The current tenant told him that I was first in line and to give me first option. I completed the forms and on Sunday and emailed him my application. The current tenant send me a message that the place was given to someone else, he never called me. I then received an email that my application was not declined, but the house was given to someone else because the had better credentials and finances than me, which I strongly feel is unfair and discriminating.
