Wants to take Legal Action

Good day we have received an email from lifestyle legal and we have called and sent emails and still no respond we never app**** for this loan and now summons was issued and they dont call us on nothing i will not stand for them to summons me if i never app**** for this loan - I spoke to on the initial call said that if we(your organisation) can't help me I won't need to pay anything plus your terms and conditions she rambled off so quickly as I didn't listen attentively. I asked you urgently to remove my name from your records and I don't wish to be contacted again.
