Very Bad Company

<p>I have been receiving threatening mails from Lifestyle legal (Pty)Ltd and sms stating that Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA demands I pay them R1000. <br />They did not render any service to me, I have no written agreement, I did not sign anything and nor did i provide them with my personal details they have it without my permission and have now sent me a court summons to pay this amount.How can some random person demand this money from me and I have never had anything to do with them.</p> <p>I say that Lifestyle Legal, Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA should be investigated by the Consumer rights complaints commission as obtaining peoples personal details without their permission and then demanding I pay them is definitely against the law.<br />I have emailed them several time stating my case but they ignore my mails and just send back more threatening mails.</p> <p>What do i do to stop these ********* from *********** the next person ,<br />I need need signed Documantation as proof in other for me to pay up,ortherwise i dont owe any1 anything.</p>
