URGENT help needed! Please help!

Has anyone who has been ****med by these snakes actually been blacklisted? Or been to court? Managed to get their names cleared? Know findings of any official investigation? Received any help and assistance or can give advise to those of us who are still being threatened by them?

Not very easy to find proper info on what to do when in this situation or how to handle it. I know Im not the only one needing these answers so if there is anyone that can shed some light on the above questions please do.
