I have been receiving threatening mails from Lifestyle legal (Pty)Ltd and sms stating that Loan SA and Loan Zone demands I pay them R1500. <br> They did not render any service to me, I have no written agreement, I did not sign anything, and then they went and obtained my banking details and personal details without my permission and have now sent me a court summons to pay this amount.Surely the court should look at if this is legal. How can some random person demand this money from me and I have never had anything to do with them.<br> <br> I say that both Lifestyle Legal and Loan Spotter SA should be investigated by the Consumer rights complaints commission as obtaining peoples personal details without their permission and then demanding I pay them is definitely against the law.<br> I have emailed them several time stating my case but they ignore my mails and just send back more threatening mails.<br> <br> What do i do to stop these ********* from *********** the next person
