Unhelpful & Unfriendly

<p>I'm so livid with this company. Understandably they have a job to do, but as a consumer there is a certain level of respect and empathy expected when dealing with people's money. Attempts to cancel their client have proven fruitless. I tried emailing them for assistance, they don't respond. Calls to them are met with utter disdain. Toni earlier put the phone down in my ear because I have the nerve to be rude. Why can't I be angry? Why can't I speak to a manager? I have tried on numerous occassions to be pro-active about this account, but not one single person has rep**** to an email or returned a call. Yet I'm expected to run up my employer's phone bill calling back every time they have the temerity to send me emails of demand without ever having spoken to me. I don't appreciate being treated so poorly, especially when I am doing all I can to try and manage this pro-actively with no co-operation from Lifestyle Legal or their client, LoanPicker SA.</p>
