Unemployed and want to arrange payment

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I phoned Lifestyle Legal to try and make payment arrangements. I recently lost my job and my mother said to me that she will help me by paying R50.00 per month. I tried to explaine that to the Customer Service Agent on the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Agent by the name of Mark blatently told me that they do not make payment arrangements for R50.00 pm and that I will be blacklisted and summond.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have 4 children to look after, no income. Staying with my brother and no support from my astranged husband. My family is trying to help me where they can.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think it is terrible to try and make payment arrangements and they have their rules and regulations NOT TO ACCOMODATE ANYONE IN BAD SITUATIONS.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there at all any way that this people can be reported for putting someone in a more depressing mood.</p>
