UNBEARABLE HARRASSMENT

<p>PLEASE STOP HARASSING MR A VAN DER BANK</p> <p> </p> <p>TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN</p> <p> </p> <p>I've now addressed this issue with the Ombudsman and hoping to get some answers</p> <p> </p> <p>Andre van der Bank stated that he app**** online for a loan last year but never actually got any monies, yet R90 was going off his bank account every month and he then went to the bank and insisted that the debit order be reversed and stopped</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then the harrassment hasn't stopped</p> <p> </p> <p>Just after that he’s been getting threatening emails etc. I cannot understand how the law and legislation can allow individuals to be harassed</p> <p> </p> <p>Please (Lifestyle Legal) can you shed some light on this outstanding amount who is your client and proof that he received the loan he app**** for online</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
