Threating and pestering me with sms and email for no service render- Lifestyle legal

This company are pestering me to pay them for a service they did not render. I did do enquires on their website. They send me a service package. I didn't sign anything they say I did sign with my IP address. I told them they can't charge me for anything because they did not help me with anything. Now the threating to blacklist me and court order. This is really *********** people. Sending me a bill and also advance billing on it expecting me to pay it. I told them I did not open an account please close it. Now they say they can only close it if I settle account. I do not want to pay them. I hope their is a legal company who can help[ me with these ********* company ripping of people for service not render. They want to destroy my record by black listing me.
